We will not use any “hard sell” tactics. Where we believe you would benefit from extra assistance we may suggest points to consider. Our suggestions will be tailored to your needs and will be based on the knowledge and understanding that we will have gained of your business.
No work will be started without your prior approval. We will agree terms for our fees to suit you and to suit the nature of the work that we shall do for you. Formal Engagement Letters wil be put in place for all work undertaken.
You can approach us for help at any time without the fear of the clock running whilst you are on the telephone. Indeed, even if you do not need our regular involvement, we shall still try to keep in touch with you throughout the year.
